A free code font worth trying: Paper Mono
An open-source monospace font from the Paper team with 8 weights and coding ligatures. Free to download, for both code and design work.

Most good-looking code fonts cost money, or they all look the same. That's what makes this one interesting.
Paper Mono is a monospace font from the Paper team. It's open source and free to download, for code or design work.
What's good about it
- 8 weights, with fine-grained control over thickness
- Ligatures for code
- Support for over 100 languages
- OFL licence, so you can use it in real work

Before you use it
It has only just reached version 1.0, and I haven't seen Thai support. If your work mixes in Thai, test it first.
Where to get it
The Paper website or the project's GitHub. The links are at the end of this post.
I find things like this every day and make the clips with Captog Daily, from picking the story to the script, the voice-over and the edit. If you want to post daily like this, see Cue + Daily.
